I’ve really enjoyed !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! across this great and sprawling nation we call the U.S.A.
Food is one of the great sign-posts of culture and history, and there’s no better way to get the flavor of a place (see what I did there?) than to ask the locals how and where to eat when you’re on the road.

finding the local flavor is literally half my road trip plans when I travel. I always want to know “what is the local dish? who has the best and what else in the city food scene should I not miss”. As annoying as the host is I always check dinner drives and dives as part of my travel research for the city. Doesn’t always account for the local dish but helps with the what else should I not miss. I love food..
